Capstone Investment Advisors understood this when they invited us to redefine their brand, communications and engagement strategy to support their growing offering and global presence. Employee insights to the brand and culture were integral throughout the project. By using an employee Net Promoter Score we were able to measure brand alignment and included intrinsic aspects, such as pride, energy and optimism. From the beginning of our engagement, to the internal launch of the new brand and communications strategy this score improved dramatically, a testament to how important it is to integrate the process and its output into the fabric of the organization.


The Results

Working full time from Capstone's New York office during the project meant that our small and experienced team were literally living the unique culture of the organization, allowing us to channel that directly into its brand and communications.
