We started with a comprehensive experience design audit — qualitative and quantitative research spanning the brand, its customers, the industry, and competitors. What emerged was a clear, ownable positioning — "Natural Luxury with Pure Purpose" — a lens for everything that followed.

From there, we updated the logo, redesigned packaging to drive conversion through benefits selling, restructured the product architecture, and planned and designed a new e-commerce experience.
