When the brand was preparing to launch Magnolia Network, a dedicated channel and major expansion of their world, we were brought in by Loyalkaspar to lead brand strategy and ensure it launched with a clear, ownable identity.
What started as a network brief quickly expanded. With Magnolia growing across media, retail, hospitality and real estate, it became clear the master brand needed a stronger foundation. We developed brand strategy and brand architecture to define how the Magnolia brand could grow without being diluted — and how it could develop its own voice beyond Chip and Joanna, with a clear system for when to lead with the Magnolia name and when to let it play a supporting role.
